The Consultative Sales Professional

This suite of modules examines the consultative selling process to help sales professionals transition from transactional selling to a problem-solving mindset. By adopting this mindset, sales professionals will be able to build and nurture profitable, long-term client relationships.

Details: A 12-week programme of workshops, action planning, guided reading, and individual performance coaching for Sales teams and their Leaders.

The Resilient Salesperson or Adviser

These modules are based on the solid science of positive psychology and use case studies, exercises, and discussions to grow the mental toughness and resilience of your Advisers and sales teams. During the programme they will receive a personal mental toughness assessment report based on the Seligman Attributional Style Questionnaire (SASQ), used in organisations worldwide.

Increasing your resilience, or ‘grit’, has a huge influence on long-term sales performance, personal effectiveness, and overall wellbeing. The techniques we teach are easy, fun to learn, can be put into practice immediately, and last a lifetime.

Details: A 6-week programme of learning modules with guided reading and individual resilience coaching for sales professionals and their leaders.

The Competent Communicator

This suite of modules is based around the Talent Dynamics (TM) tools and explores the importance of interpersonal collaboration for communication with colleagues and clients. After being profiled, participants discover their Profile during a confidential debriefing conversation.

During the workshop, participants learn how to identify others’ profiles and, based on understanding their own and others’, learn to collaborate together without relationship tension and communicate with greater empathy, easily and effectively with others.

Details: A 4-week programme of learning modules, guided reading and individual performance coaching.

Also available: Leaders’ Version – designed to equip team leaders with the additional knowledge and skills necessary for leading and coaching a high-functioning, collaborative team.
