Ross Wilson – Founder, Snr. Consultant

Ross offers our Executive clients more than 30 years of experience as a company director, business leader, award-winning learning and strategy facilitator, and business performance improvement adviser in a wide range of industries throughout New Zealand and some 40 other countries. He’s also frequently consulted about B2B sales performance and non-profit organisational ethics. Ross adds a valuable inter-cultural and global perspective to all our work, having lived in 5 countries and worked in many others. He works with organisations to strengthen leadership effectiveness, align best practices with values and purpose, boost sustainable revenues & gross profit, and create high performing teams. Outside of work, Ross loves travelling, mountain biking, beach-hopping, boating, and having dining with friends.

With over 10 years of business administration, office management, and content writing experience, working in various organisations in the UK and New Zealand, Louise works closely with our team to make sure we continue to deliver highly valuable content. She also brings ten years of adult learning and facilitation experience and is a certified Growing Organisations facilitator. Outside of work, Louise is a seasoned traveller who loves the outdoors, learning about different cultures, and having interesting philosophical conversations!

Rhyll Stafford – Facilitator & Performance Coach [Affiliate]

Grad. Diploma in Higher Education; Master

Rhyll’s engaging, astute facilitation style encourages excellence at strategic, team, and individual levels. Having worked on large team and organisation-wide leadership and cultural change projects, she is an expert in integrating learning methods to ensure training transfers into improved performance. Rhyll is a highly experience Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Outside of work, Rhyll is busy with her extended family and spends any spare time keeping up with the increasing demand for her wonderful art.

Leslie Hamilton Executive Coach with Growing Organisations

Leslie Hamilton – Executive Coach [Affiliate]

Master of Business Studies (Marketing, Management); Master of Education (Special Education & Teaching).

Leslie uses her experience and training in human performance improvement, organisational development, and service marketing as the foundation for her executive and leadership coaching practice with us. She brings a refreshing mix of challenge, encouragement, and insight that enables our clients to surpass their performance expectations. Leslie is also our subject matter expert on Women in Leadership, FeedForward Development, and Inclusivity. Outside of work, Leslie enjoys having family adventures, kayaking, tramping, travel, arts, theatre, and cheering on the New Zealand Breakers.

Jamie Ford – Consultant, Coach, Facilitator, Speaker [Affiliate]

Cert. in Community Studies (Sociology, Psychology, Group Dynamics); Cert. in Alcohol & Drug Counselling, Alcohol & Drug Dependency & Rehabilitation; Member Institute of Directors in New Zealand; Associate Member International Positive Psychology Association; Founding Member NZ Association of Positive Psychology.

Jamie is a specialist in human resource development. He leads the Mental Toughness short course at the University of Auckland as well as the Resilient Leadership and Mental Toughness for Leaders courses at the Australian Institute of Management and is a consultant, coach, and facilitator for Growing Organisations. Outside of work, Jamie loves to ride the back roads or the track on his Honda 1000 Africa Twin motorbike, and he also plays trombone and euphonium with a couple of brass bands.
